Ordering and Shipping

Ordering

1.  Our shopping cart software removes items from general sale once you add them to your cart.  If the item is in your cart, it's yours, no one can buy it out from under you.

2.  After 30 minutes of inactivity, our software will empty your cart back into stock.

3.  If you log out with items in your cart, our software will automatically empty your cart.  Items will return to stock after 30 mintues.

Shipping 

1.  We charge shipping costs based on weight--up to 13 oz you can choose to either ship First Class or Priority Mail.  Over 13 oz, you can choose either Priority Mail or Parcel Post witin the US.

2.  Ordering from outstide the US? Any international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

3.  If you are placing multiple orders, please be aware that each order will incur shipping charges. We do not combine shipping for multiple orders placed in separate transactions.

4. Orders placed after 8am the Saturday after the update will be shipped the following week.
